Walgreens - Deerfield, IL —

I have been a Walgreens customer for decades. I have had my prescriptions filled at Walgreens for longer than I can remember. The pharmacists are friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't transfer my prescriptions for anything in the world.

I am 70, my family and I, native Chicagoans, have been Walgreens customers for well over 100 years, but I have to tell you that if the Walgreens at Stevenson and Taylor in Springfield, Illinois is any example of the latest trend in Walgreens, the company is no longer caring or customer friendly. When I have notified the corporate office, I have received no response, but I hold out hope that someone in Deerfield cares about my health, cares about all its clientele. But I am losing ground. I'm glad your experience is more positive.
