I have filled my family's last prescription at this pharmacy. This place is slow and the service is terrible.

Waiting lines of people 5+ are the norm no matter when you go there. I have had to call my Dr's office several times because they send the prescription and it just never seems to get there. Today I went there several hours after it was called in and they had nothing on file (BIG SURPRISE) so I called the Dr.'s office and they resent it. We did our shopping, went back 45 min later and still nothing. So I got my Dr's office on my cell phone and handed it to the clerk who said "I can't take prescription calls" (THIS IS A PHARMACY) and I said "You better find somebody who can". After about 5 minutes someone came with a piece of paper and said "Hot off the fax". Funny how quickly things happen when you get steaming mad. The only reason I went is because of the convenience of everything in one place. Well today bad service just trumped convenience and I'm taking my pharmacy business elsewhere. Prepare to be frustrated if you use this pharmacy.

You sound like a really nice person--NOT! I happen to have a very good relationship with my Doctor's staff so I know it was a problem on the Pharmacy end no matter what you think. Oh, you sound like one of those people who have all the right answers no matter what the situation is and whether you were there or not. I had problems with this pharmacy in the past so this was all I could take. I wish you would have been there because I love a good battle you *****!

Ya I'm sure the pharmacy employees just threw your faxed rx in the garbage and said they never received it. Your damn doctor's office can tell you anything they want; whether they faxed it or not. Of course it is always the pharmacy's fault for doctors' stupidity or patient's rudeness and impatience. By the way, pharmacy clerks cannot take verbal orders and if you had shoved your cell phone in my face I would have told you to stick it up your ***. It's impatient and rude people like you that make the rest of the world hate Americans,

Try working at this place. The eployees care more than the management in Aberdeen. Horrible!

I think the lines are due t the fact that Walmart has lowered the price on a cart load of different medications (their $4 list) Ours is always busy as well. But it does sound like either your Dr. or that pharmacy needs a new fax machine. Ron
