Diet Pepsi is my soda of choice but I often like to try new flavors. If you've never tried Waist Watcher diet sodas from the Adirondack Beverage Company, you're missing something. One of my favorite flavors is the** Diet Grape Frost**, it's a pleasing not-too-sweet concord grape flavor sweetened with Splenda in crystal clear carbonated water. It's just fruity and citrusy enough to be refreshing, especially when served over ice. **Waist Watcher Grape Frost Diet Soda** has zero carbs, is aspartame free, caffeine free, sodium free and sugar free. It does use natural flavors as well as artificial (which I'm not crazy about). I find it in the 1 Liter size ( or 33.8 FL.OZ).  **Adirondack Beverage Company-Waist Watchers** also offers these other flavors: Ginger Ale, Orange, Root Beer, Caffeine Free Cola, Lemon-Up, Raspberry Ale, Chocolate Soda, Black Cherry, Vanilla Cream, Citrus Frost, Cherry Cola. They offer certain flavors in 12 Ounce Cans, 12 Pack Cases, 2 Liter Bottles and 20 Ounce Bottles, so, not all flavors are available in all sizes. Another favorite of mine is the Citrus Frost, it's a yummy blend of natural grapefruit and other citrus flavors that make it a perfect summertime beverage. I find **Waist Watcher Diet Sodas** at my local grocery stores like Stop & Shop and Hannaford's, they're often on sale for .99 cents or a 3/for special.
