I bought this product a couple of years ago as a trimmer for when I shave. It has lasted a long time even with continuous use. We like how its very easy to switch out the sizes and it is very easy to clean. My wife now has learned how to do my haircuts so its very quick and easy for her to cut my hair. All we do is pull up a chair in the bathroom, and she can cut my hair. It has saved us a lot of money doing it at home. The attachments are so easy to use that you really cant mess up or cut too short. When you are done, you just use the little brush that comes with the trimmers to brush off the excess hair. Because we have loved this product so much my father in law wants to buy one so he can start getting hair cuts at home too. For the price (Which wasn't much as all) this has definetly paid for itself over and over again. I would reccomend this product to any guy because at one time or another, we will all need to use a trimmer.

Another Great product from Wahl is the 79900 Hair Trimmer.  We replaced our ancient Wahl hair trimmer with this hair trimmer and have not been dissappointed.  I purchased my first Wahl hair trimmer to cut my son's hair about 15 years ago and it just died a few months ago, I bought the 79900 Hair Trimmer to replace it, LOVE it!! I have been cutting my son's hair at home since he has been 3 years old so I have really depended on our Wahl trimmer over the years.  This new hair trimmer does a wonderful job and makes nice even cuts.  It is quiet and is very easy to use.  I was able to cut my son's hair with the different guides and he was very satisified with the outcome!  I used it to trim my husbands hair and he is very picky and he seemed to think it did a great job also!  I even trimmed the dog with it and it cut through the dogs hair very well, most trimmers won't go through dog's hair and you need a special blade.  I can't find anything I don't like about this trimmer!

I got this **Wahl 79900 Hair Trimmer for Christmas and it has been the best hair trimmer I have ever used. My husband loves how close it cab get to your ear hair, without clipping an ear. It ddoes not leave any bumps on your skin. Overall I would say this trimmer is an awesome handy trimmer. I would recommend the trimmer to anyone with nose or ear hair problems, that u have tried other trimmers and they leave u feeling like u need to shave and irrated skin .. try this one. My mother bought all of her children one and we all love it. It also comes with a carring case and a cleaner it works well, So next time ur skin is itchy from using a trimmer try the best hair trimmer in the world. Try the**Wahl 79900 Hair Trimmer it will make a believer out of you. Your haircut and shaving your ears and nose hair has never been easier. and safer. We bought these clippers so my husband could cut his own hair at home since he was always cutting it short and buzzed. These clippers are great and came with lots of attachments so we were able to let friends borrow them for their haircuts. My husband couldn't believe how much money we saved by buying clippers that he could use at home. They don't clog up and they aren't very noisy either. Definitely a great buy!

I am a professional hairstylist and busy mom, so I am always looking for well made implements that travel well between work and home. Wahl is a quality line that sells at a realistic price. These clippers are made sturdy, so I am not worried about something happening to them. They cut well and come with a full range of clipper extensions to easily blend a haircut. The blades are well made and can be found at most beauty supply stores. The other bonus to the blades and blade extensions is that they can be replaced one at a time if need be, instead of having to buy a whole new kit. The Wahl clipper is a modrate weight and fits in the palm of the hand well, so haircutting is comfortable for both stylist and client. Also the clipper is quiet and runs smoothly, with a descent amount of cord for working around a cutting chair. Most come with one replacement blade and oil for keeping the blades well maintained as well as coming with it's own carry case. A definate recommend!

The Wahl clippers are easy to use and a much cheaper investment then going to the salon/barber every few weeks. I purchased a pair when my husband and I got married and before we got married I cut his hair with the Wahl clippers his mom had, so my husband has no idea what a barber shop/ salon hair cut is like because Wahl has always got the job done more than well enough. My husband does shave his all one size, so if you prefer a certain cut on the sides and longer on the top I would sugguest doing a little reading or watch a video or two about fading and shaping with the clippers because that is a bit more complicated than just using them all over. I have tried other clippers and they get hairs stuck or cut people and none of them have lived up to the Wahl clippers. I think they are higher in price, but it is a case of you get what you pay for when it comes to clippers. There is also a replacement guarantee inside every box, so if there is ever an issue with the clippers they will fix them or send you out a new pair.

The Wahi brand is one of the hair cutter sets that can be useful for cutting your hair.  It comes in many colors, which has a nice set for cleaning and operating the cutter for a smooth hair cut at home. Therefore, I would use the brand if the price is best and the trimmer  is in working condition.

I have always used wahl clippers to cut my hair. I have tried to use others but they just are not the same. The ones I had before I bought this pair were probably about eight or nine years old (another plus about their product). There were several different models to choose from, some were just way to much just to cut hair so I chose to get these and am very happy with my choice.The first thing I noticed was the greater variety there was is the hair length clips. The one I had before had maybe seven but this one has something for everthing on your head. Some of them I will never use but that does not mean that others will not ( I do not even use the guards for my self, I going bald). Another thing I like is the color coding which the older set I had only had black so you had to search for the guard you wanted to use, which I did use then. So if you use it reguarly you will have no problem finding the guard you need. I also like the ability it has to adjust the hair length to the skin and just a little longer on the unit itself. Great product!

About six years ago, my husband and I were looking for some ways to save money. We decided I would learn to cut his hair, and save the money from his bi-monthly trip to the barber!  I went to a local store, and started looking at hair trimmers. I had heard of Wahl's before...and at the time I mainly bought it because of the name recognization, however the price was attractive too!  They looked easy to use, and were affordable. So I purchased them, and tried them for the first time that night. It has been six years, and many, many haircuts later~and I still do not regret my decision to purchase the Wahl hair trimmer.  The Wahl hair trimmer is lightweight, which only adds to how easy and simply it is to use. I also like the fact that is is quiet, and not as loud as some hair trimmers.  It comes with all the standard blade guards, as well as left and right ear guards to make trimming around the ears easy too!  Mine even included a DVD with tips on how to cut hair!  Being new to cutting hair, the DVD gave me all the information I needed to get started.  It included instructions for several of the more popular male hair cuts. It is also easy to care for and store. The hair removal kit fits easily back into it's case. The Wahl hair trimmer included oil to keep the blade in tip top shape...with instructions on how to maintain the trimmers.  I have been extremely sastisified. I would recommend the Wahl hair trimmer to everyone!!  I would also go as far to say that it is the ONLY hair trimmer brand I will buy.

My husband works long hours and has a hard time finding the time to make an appointment to get his haircut.  I bought the Wahl hair trimmer set to cut his hair at home on his own time.  The trimmer works well enough and cuts fairly evenly, but it gets clogged  with hair between the guard and the blade, causing you to have to stop often and clean the hair out.  If you use it for a very long period of time the trimmer itself will get hot in your hand.  The convenience of being able to cut his hair from home means alot and the different sized guards do allow you to start slow without cutting the hair to short from the start.  After alot of practice you get the hang of which guard you need for which part of the head so it becomes easier and less time consuming as far as the actual cutting time goes.  I suggest if possible you cut the hair outside or over a spread as the cut hair goes everywhere and is sort of a mess to clean up. For the price it's not really a bad deal.
