We got this little cute machine to mainly clean the kitchen tile floor. We purchased a 10 year old house and even though the condition of the house is pretty good, the grout between the tiles is black. We bought this steamer based on all the positive reviews. After our own experience, I would say they are helpful but to us, not as magical as the others mentioned. We first spray some chemicals on the grout, then brush it, finally use this steamer. The result is pretty good. We could see the white color of the grout again! However, we also tried just chemical, then brush, then wipe away the dirty using regular cleaning cloth. The result is almost the same. The steamer is more like a little blower, it's easier to wipe off the dirty stuff after applying the steam, but it doesn't help that much with the cleaning alone. We also tried just used the steamer, the result could not compare to the other methods we used. Also the steam is not hot at all, just warm at the most.

I purchased this half a year after contemplating whether or not to get it. I've only used it a few times but I think that it was well worth it. Cleaning the bathroom was kind of gross. I could see the dirty water running down the tiles. Of course the unit did not make the shower sparkling clean but it did a pretty good job at getting rid of whatever was in between the tiles. And... it did it without chemicals!! Same went with the fridge door! Who knew our hands were that dirty?! I always wash my hands before and after handling the fridge door but there was still some grubbiness that the steamer was able to get off the door. I love how I can use any microfiber towel to steam the floor. Just clip it on and steam! No need to buy replacement pads. The sound from the steam is muffled by the towel. There is a loud piercing steaming sound when cleaning without a towel. I knew the steam would make noise since the reviews complained about it but I thought the reviewers were exaggerating. The sound was pretty darn loud. I think it could've been how small my rooms are and how the sound echoes in the bathroom. Another con is that there is no storage for the attachments. I wish that it came with something to organize the pieces.

I bought this steamer after I heard my coworker talking about how great hers was. Before I spent my hard-earned cash I asked if I could borrow her's for a weekend so I could test it out. She said yes, and my journey began. I read the directions, filled the steamer with water, assembled the steamer as I waited 10-15 minutes for it to completely heat up, and I was ready to go. I have tile floors in my kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen grout is very light colored, and hard to keep clean. What I especially don't like is that the low-traffic areas are so much cleaner than the high traffic-areas and the difference between the 2 looks bad. I started in one corner and worked my way through the kitchen. It was so simple and easy . . . and in the end - the floor was clean - with no chemicals - and the grout looked like new everywhere. I moved on to the bathrooms. Same story. Clean. No chemicals. Simple. I returned the steamer to my friend and went on to buy my own. I've since loaned mine out and another one of our friends is now a convert to steam!

**A lot of Loving**!      I have to say that I am not trusting of most things that I purchase online.  However, I have to say that when I did recieve this; it even came a day early! The one truly wonderful part was I did not even need the instructions!  It was so easy to work on; note to the very wise, it is probably best if you do.  Unlike myself, I hate to read instructions from a box but you have to do what you need to do.   Anyways, a part from my ranting, I did make sure to read the instructions to be sure I was using the machinery correctly.  I absolultuely LOVE this machine; you know when people say in reviews they couldn't stop cleaning stuff:  I COULDN'T STOP cleaning anything. I cleaned the kitchen area  and bathroom sinks which are now shining like mad; I love my shiny stuff.  Areas around my house are actually beginning to look like they are brand new!   What else did I clean?  I mean, I could not just stop at the sinks: I NEEDED MORE!  I then moved to my toilet (with the water out of it of course).  Lets just say before I came to live in this house: the toilet never was cleaned for a whole year.  I took this steamer to it and it just lifted those disgusting smells and stains.  I did not even put much of any elbow grease into it and the only thing i needed to do was wipe a little bit of water residue off; other than the hours of trouble I would have gone through.    The one thing not so enjoyable is that it can be loud to operate, which is the steam coming out of the nozzle.  Honestly, that noise is totally worth all of the ear-buzzing if the things in my house are shiny clean.    This is a remarkable investment: FUN to use with AMAZING results.

Although the steam cleaner is fairly easy to use,and inexpensive it is somewhat cumbersome because there are so many attachments and nowhere to store them for easy access.It definitely cleans well but you must be patient as it takes time to be consistent and thorough. It is fine for smaller areas but due to the weight you might become somewhat fatigued using it in a larger area.So I would encourage people to take breaks to assure that the steam is evenly distributed. that allows for quicker drying times as well.

We  live in an apartment, where the carpets are typical multi-housing economy carpeting.  They're kind of low quality and a light beige (very neutral) color, and therefore always seem to be dirty.  I hate it! So we bought the Wagner Steamer, after reading some great reviews on it.  I love the fact that not only did it clean my carpets, but I also no longer have to mop or sweep my bathrooms/kitchen area.  I used it get the mold off the outside walls of my patio (that was there when we moved in 3 months ago) as well. The only thing that I would change is perhaps the design.  To me, the hose, was a great idea, it enabed me to get underneath furniture and in corners without moving things, But, the attachments got hot, and in order to change them out to get the different parts of the room, I would have to wait for them to cool down, or use hot pads from the kitchen.  I'm not sure there is a real solution for this problem, so I suppose I shouldn't be complaining.
