Wachovia Reviews

I have dealt with several banks in my time and Wachovia is the one that i consistantly use for all of my checking and savings transactions.  They have great customer service and product to assist the average American Joe.  I moved to the West coast where there were far and few, so i tried a couple of others so i would have a local brach-- not impressed (primarily Washington mutual) Anytime I have had an issue, I have been treated eith respect and courtesy.  90% of the time my issue has been resolved.  The 10% ,i think, was an overdraft that was my fault and i didn't get all of the credit back...

Wachovia (Wells Fargo) Bank has GREAT customer service and I think a good reputation. Every time I've stopped by a Wachovia in California I've always been greeted warmly, my questions are always answered in a prompt and well answered manner, I hardly have to wait long in line, and they have a bunch of great offers. This is my primary bank and my favorite. I've gone through many banks and NONE of them compare or stand up to Wachovia. I <3 Wachovia! =)
