Pros

    Lubricates, Works on Many Surfaces

My family has been using this product for many years.  My dad is 85 years old and has been using it as long as I can remember.  I use it for everything from taking black marks off the kitchen floor to removing the adhesive that remains when you try to remove a price sticker.  I even keep a can under my kitchen sink.
