I don't just love these cookies; I'm obsessed! They are so yummy. If I don't watch myself, I can sit and devour an entire bag in one sitting. I'm not a big sweets fan. I'm definitely not a cookie person. These cookies have changed all of that. The flavor is great; the texture is perfect; and the smell is lovely! I'm not sure if the coconut wafers or the cookies are my favorite...but I cannot get enough of either! The coconut taste is perfectly balanced in both. Yum!
