unfrickinbelievable - I couldn't call without it

Pros

    free call forwarding, number 1, can get 2nd number $5 a month, cheap, cheap, cheap!, loaded with features, unlimited calling, excellent call quality, broadband down, call forward to cell

    no local prefix, poor customer service

Vonage is a company that I just can't live without. I pick up the phone and BAM it's there. No more worries about long distance phone bill - calls to Europe were always expensive. Not with Vonages premium plan. I can call my family in England and my friends in France. All with no additonal fees. It's a phone company without the "wires". It's a phone company for "less".
