Pros

    broadband down, call forward to cell, free call forwarding, can have seperate fax line, cheap, cheap, cheap!, unlimited calling, loaded with features, great customer service

Cons
    must have active broadband, must register your location for 911

Vonage — 

Vonage voip service is well worth swtiching to. I pay less than half of what I use to pay on my monthly phone bill. You do not have to pay any long distance charges. All calls are included in the low monthy cost. What a great deal! I have had less problems with vongae than with other phone services.
