I have had similar good customer service from Vonage. I had vonage for about a year, but moved and the alarm system at my new place requires that I have a land line...so I've got to cancel my Vonage service. When I called to explain and to kind of complain about not being able to keep my old phone number (I needed service right away and it'll take a few weeks to transfer a number) he young lady let me keep the service free for an extra month so that I could have my number transferred to the different phone company without having to pay for having 2 phone services for a month. I recommend them without hesitation to anybody who will listen!!!
