Vonage —
I signed up with Vonage to save some money...but boy, am I sorry....The service is completely unreliable....and their customer service people are as rude as they can be. It was not at all worth siging up for...we've been stuck with them for 2 years now! If this is to be your only phone service...stay away. The sound quailty is horrible...and half the time we can't even get a dial tone....the cs people seem to have no concern whatsoever with solving my problems...and don't even get me started about the RUDE people in their billing dept! I agree with the other person who said, "avoid them like the plauge!" I had to give them 1 star on this review, but I would have much rather it been a 0!Last edited on Jan 11, 2008
