Vonage —

Vonage service is frequently dropped. At least a few times a week I lose my phone service. If I had an emergancy there would be no way for me to contact emergency services. I need my phone to work! Also when it does cut out it stays out from anywhere between a few minutes to sometimes an hour.

I wonder if that had anything to do with your ISP. I had Vonage for a year and I occasionally suffered from nonworking service, but it was ALWAYS due to Comcast messing up. For a few months I thought it was vonage, until we started connecting it to the fact that my Digital Cable would also suddenly become unavailable at the same time and my Internet Connection would all but die.
