Vonage sounded so good. I had a broadband satellite internet connection which I informed them of when I called to ask questions about their service. They informed me that the only problem that I would have due to a satellite connection was when the weather disrupted my connection. I was willing to deal with that and signed up. I had to pay for shipping of the equipment required to my house. When I received it I immediately set it up. It doesn't work with satellite broadband. Then I had to pay to ship the equipment back or they would charge me $80. They were very hard to deal with. I couldn't understand most of the people's English that I had to speak with to cancel my so called free trial. That free trial cost me about $20 and a huge headache. Stay away from Vonage especially if you have a satellite internet connection
