Vonage Review

I am not overly thrilled with Vonage's service. Their sales department tells you everything will work fine but that is simply not true.  you sign up get their equipment, of course they bill you right away and then BAM you have nothing.  Yup that's right once they transferred my number I was left with no phone or internet.  Needless to say this was during Thanksgiving. Let's not forget now you're stuck with them for 2 years according to their contract. So I'm stuck, the connection is terrible and so is the sound.
