Vonage Review

What a nightmare. I tried to sign up with vonage so that I could keep my phone # when I moved out of state. They told me it would be about 10 days.....then after 10 days they told me it would be another 10....then they sent me a letter saying my info wasn't correct and I had to correct it or it couldn't be moved, so I called and corrected it....another 10 days I get another letter and so on and on and on.

3 months later I have called them 8 different times, sent emails, and I have nothing to show for it but a bill for a phone # I didn't even want. Insult to injury? They charge a disconnect fee and make you send back the router on your own dime, even though they are the ones that failed to deliver on thier promises.

Now I get letters asking me to come back - as if!!!!
