I don't know why Volkswagon ever stopped making this sporty little model! It handles great, looks fantastic and gets great gas mileage. For a used car, which is the only way you can buy it now, in mint condition, it is worth every single penny. All I get are compliments on the style and the way it handles and moves. Granted, this is not a family car as it only fits four and the back seat is not for tall people by any stretch of the imagination, but the trunk is roomier than it looks, the sound system stands up to the wind with the top down, the heated seats are incredible! I highly recommended this car, but not if you are going to give it to your kid as a first car - after all the first car is the one that always gets destroyed and this little baby deserved to be well taken care of.
