I love my VW Beetle more than almost anything

TONS of headroom, Makes everyone smile!, Super fuel efficient, You stand out in a crowd, cool interior lights, makes people punch each other, reliable

Cons

no trunk space!, Not so great with the headroom in back

I have been in love with VW Beetles ever since I was a child. When I'd play the slug bug game and I saw the Herbie movies, I knew I'd one day own my dream car. Well, I've owned 2 VW Beetles. My first VW was a 1999 Yellow Bug. After an unfortunate accident that sent my bug into car heaven, I purchased a laser blue 2007 model, and it is amazing. The 2007 is superior to the 1999 in several ways. Notably the seats. No longer is cloth an option. You only have leather or "leatherette" which makes cleaning a since. The iPod adaptor is also great. The only drawbacks I have between the 1999 model and the 2007 model are that the blue dashboard only lights up now when you put your headlights on and the heat and air conditioning stop working when the car idles at lights and stop signs. Good for gas, but not for comfort! I recently had a child and have been able to put a carseat into this car. It's not as easy as a 4 door, granted but I WILL make it work because I love my car so much!
