Volaris Review

This has been the worst airline experience in my life! Cheap? Yes that is what you think when you book the flight but the service is awful starting from the customer service representatives over the phone who don't have the slightest clue what's going on and the representatives at the airport who have the WORST customer service skills. This started as a cheap round-trip flight that cost us double because unfortunately the trip had to be made and instead of making up for their mistake they refused to take ownership of it. We are in the process of taking legal action. Don't let this happen to you. Don't fly Volaris.
