Vizio - L42HDTV Television —

I got this tv 2 years ago when it was $999 at Sam's club. i really wanted a smaller tv, but this one was such a value for the size that I went ahead and got it. I still would rather have a smaller one, but even now, several hundred dollars cheaper than when i got it, this tv is STILL less expensive than any other flat screen LCD that I've seen. I wish I'd gotten it for it's current price, but it was still much cheaper than the others when I got it.

I haven't had any problems with it (knock, knock), but I did take off the plastic footer on it so that it would fit on the built in bookshelf I put it on. The oval foot pushed it out too far and hung over the front of the shelf, too. I was able to take off the plastic footer that covers its real metal feet and it sits neatly on the shelf now. I would like to cover the feet, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to how it was sticking out before.
