My husband and I are over the road truck drivers and Vemma has made a big difference in the way we feel. We take our Vemma as soon as our feet hit the floor every morning. We have the energy to walk from the back of the parking lot and play with our dog. We seem to focus better. Our whole family has gotten on Vemma since we have and report similar findings. I have read a lot of the more negative reviews on this supplement. I have been trying it for a few days now and I HAVE noticed that it does help. If you take this supplement AS DIRECTED with an BALANCED DIET and routine excersize you will notice a difference. I am one who retains water and it isn't uncommon for me to gain 8 lbs that was the main reason i bougnt this product and it works. If you have occasional insomnia... try this product as well as warm milk or almonds, valerian root, hot tea, or breathing exercises and meditation before bed. For chronic insomnia don't take this or valerian root for extended periods of time. Not only do you become dependant, but scientists don't know the full effect/ consequences of using melatonin often. I love Clif Bars. They're slightly pricey, but convenient to carry around for a day out shopping, a snack at work, or a long hike. I now work at GNC where I'm surrounded by protein... and I mean protein in every form. Well, I feel like it anyway! — People come in always wanting to find something healthy and good for their bodies, but they won't eat anything that doesn't taste like real chocolate, real caramel, or real peanut butter. I purchased the vitamins knowing that it would be good for me, however, the pill is much too big to swallow. I joke that the pill is so big that I would rather take it rectally!
