I love the vitamin world fish oil. I have tried several brands of fish oil and vitamin world's are the best. They are the best because they do not have an aftertaste. Trust me, when taking fish oil that is what you want. I heard that fish oil was good to keep the cholesterol down and that is true. i had my blood checked twice last year for everything in the world and cholesterol was good to go. I take three of these every morning. The reason I like the vitamin world fish oil is the convenience of ordering online and the price is also good. Fish oil is normally one of the things that they run on sale. I do notice however that they cause my face to break out some and I am forty years old and this is odd. At this point in my life, I can live with a little acne though if I have low cholesterol. I recommend this Vitamin World fish oil with Omega 3. After all, I do not think anybody wants to eat fish everyday!

I have been taking other vitamins for years and this vitamin Omega 23 Fish Oil is one of them. I follow a particular diet and so I am recommended to take one tablet of Omega 3 after having meals per day. It tastes just like other tablets which contain fish oil but since it is very good for the heart, I take it regularly. It gives a taste of fish which is really bad to taste. Till now there has been no adverse reaction on my health. The first bottle I purchased about three months ago has many tablets still left to take and the price of one bottle is very reasonable. This vitamin is better than the Pearls I used to eat earlier which also contained fish oil and it used to melt in the mouth giving me the taste of the fish and this made me to stop its intake. This vitamin Omega 3 is strongly recommended by most physicians and is essential for the health. However, if you are about to undergo any surgical procedure, it is not advised to have this vitamin.

I do not care for any type of fish except maybe shrimp occasionally so I have to find other ways to try to get this essential oil into my system. I also tried to use the liquid fish oil and that is just not for me either. Some liquid gel fish oils taste extremely fishy and are hard to swallow. I was very happy when I found this Vitamin World Omega 3 fish oil on sale at their outlet store. It was so inexpensive, I decided to give it a try. I have since begun to order it from them online in the larger bottles because it doesn't have that fishy taste and I can actually swallow it without gagging. Vitamin World has good products and I trust this brand. I also trust the statement on the bottle that says that "evidence supports, but is not conclusive" that consumption of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. I recommend this fish oil as a good supplement to your diet if you are in the market for Omega 3 fish oils.
