This primer comes in a pink lipstick tube. It is semi clear and smoothes on just like lipstick only it is imparts no color or just a hint of beige that is barely visible. It feels cool and smooth on my lips and readies them for lip color.Lip color glides over my lips after they have been primed. Little lines are filled in, my lips look plumper, and color stays on for a lot longer than without this primer. When the color does start to fade, it does so slowly and not in patches or in a ring around my mouth. Also, lipstick doesn't feather and wind up outside the lip line even if I don't line my lips at all.I sometimes use the primer as a lip conditioner with no lip color over it.
