This is one of my favorite kitchen tools.

After using an Oster blender that couldn't even handle a milkshake, I am in blender heaven with this machine!  We use it nearly every day to make smoothies.  I love that we are getting the full nutrition from our fruits - apples, for example, can be thrown in peels, cores, and all.  We can also make hummus, healthy ice cream, and hot soups.  I have never seen it jam or struggle; it just does its job and I don't have to think about it.  I would recommend it for any health-conscious mom.
