I was told about Vista Print's surplus of free items by a friend and went to check it out. Right off the bat, I'd like to warn you that they will ask you to order a plethora of costly add-ons to your "free" order, and their shipping isn't cheap, but if you're shrewd you can still get your stuff for cheaper than at most places such as Staples or Office Depot. I ordered a set of post-it notes, note cards, and a stamp with 2 inkpads (including the first, free one) through them and my order came out to about 7.50 USD. When my order arrived I was dissapointed because the 2nd ink pad had broken free of its packaging and released its ink onto the post-it notes and packaging, presumably because the items had just been thrown in a too-large box without any padding. I called customer service with anything but high hopes. I was on hold for about a minute and a half and the man who answered my phone call was consice and got right to the point of my problem. I was off the phone within 5 minutes, and I recieved a reciept for a free (as in no shipping, tax, or anything) reorder of the damaged package before I even hung up the phone. I was also offered customer credit, instead of the reorder. It was truly a beautiul experience. My only complaints are that the package was poorly made in the first place, and that they can take a while to fulfill orders. I would most definitely reccomend their services to everyone around me.
