never again, they blamed me for their mistake

never again, they blamed me for their mistake..
i been a long time client of theirs, and now they blamed me for having then backwards, when their site states nothing about having the back oppisite direction from the front.. They tried to blame me, which is not good service. I asked the guy to find it on his website and tell me where it is. He could not find it, and after a hour on hold most the time...never again with this company
