Vista Point Vineyards Chardonnay, Chardonnay Reviews

Last week I picked up the Vista Point Vineyards Merlot and was very impressed since it is only $1.99, so this week I picked up their Chardonnay.  I have to admit, I am not a huge fan of Chardonnay; it tends to be a little too oaky for me.  The Chardonnay by Vista Point wasn't too bad.  I'm not sure if I am swayed by the $1.99 price tag, or if the wine is that good :)  It's not too oaky, it's not too fruity and it has the perfect amount of butteryness.  The label doesn't pin point a specific location that the grapes were harvested from, it just states that it is made of Chardonnay grapes from...

I too picked up the chard at fresh n easy (pt loma). i only bought 1 bottle the first time. that was several weeks ago. tonight i stopped and bought 6 bottles because the last time when i bought 2 the employee told me if i bought 6 i would save 20%. Most stores only give 10%. Tonight, i got 6 bottles for less that 11 dollars!
