To be very honest... I have had this card for a few years now. I will admit that out of all these type of cards, this one is the easiest to use, but... Customer service is really bad. I have had to call them to fix things on my account that I should not have to call on. They have canceled my wifes card with out reason or request 2 years ago and still can't seem to get her a new card.Our number was stolen at a radio shack pay point, used and after I called Vision to tell them and stop them from paying this over seas place where the charge was made ( it was in pending only ) Reported the card stolen, doing all Vision asked of me, they still paid the over seas charge. I am still fighting them to get it back. They canceled my cards and sent me new ones, and sent them to the wrong place!!! Now, it has been a month since the cards where canceled. I looked at my online bill and they have been charging me weekly charges showing a negitive balance on a card that I don't have and can't even put money on! When I called them on this, they only said sorry as always, and said that they will send a new card out again. I hope that they get it right this time. I have to call them often to fix issues. And what gets me, they want to charge me each time I need to call and tell them they made a mistake. Now to top it off today on the phone with Vision, when they asked for my info to get into my account and opened it, she says, " Are you Shawn? " I said, " No! you have a Shawn on my account?" She says. "yes." I said." Who the hell is shawn?!" She says," Um.... Oh I have the wrong account." I said,"Really?!" She said it's all ok. Just my wife and I on the account. We will see. We are debating on weather or not we will continue with Vision.
