Vision - Premier Prepaid Visa Debit Card... Not to happy

To be very honest... I have had this card for a few years now. I will admit that out of all these type of cards, this one is the easiest to use, but... Customer service is really bad. I have had to call them to fix things on my account that I should not have to call on. They have canceled my wifes card with out reason or request 2 years ago and still can't seem to get her a new card.Our number was stolen at a radio shack pay point, used and after I called Vision to tell them and stop them from paying this over seas place where the charge was made ( it was in pending only ) Reported the card stolen, doing all Vision asked of me, they still paid the over seas charge. I am still fighting them to get it back. They canceled my cards and sent me new ones, and sent them to the wrong place!!! Now, it has been a month since the cards where canceled. I looked at my online bill and they have been charging me weekly charges showing a negitive balance on a card that I don't have and can't even put money on! When I called them on this, they only said sorry as always, and said that they will send a new card out again. I hope that they get it right this time. I have to call them often to fix issues. And what gets me, they want to charge me each time I need to call and tell them they made a mistake. Now to top it off today on the phone with Vision, when they asked for my info to get into my account and opened it, she says, " Are you Shawn? " I said, " No! you have a Shawn on my account?" She says. "yes." I said." Who the hell is shawn?!" She says," Um.... Oh I have the wrong account." I said,"Really?!" She said it's all ok. Just my wife and I on the account. We will see. We are debating on weather or not we will continue with Vision.

I have had this card for 8 months and am very unhappy first of all they are always charging decline fees of $2.95 even if you have enough money in your account and they show up 2 and three at the same time, you have to pay $1.95 to speak to a rep, the customer service is horrible,if you send an email in regarding an unauthirized fee on your account they do not work with you they are unproffesional and money hungry, worst prepaid card i have ever had, if you have one keep your eyes on the decline fees that appear for no reason, Vision Premiere you belong in the shredder with all the rest of the garbage.
