Vision - Premier Prepaid Visa Debit Card Review

My wife had just joined the Vision premier visa prepaid card, A company had made a mistake on billing the card twice, when called on it the company that runs the cardkeep telling us their was nothing they could do about it, then when they were ask to have a manager speak to my wife they said they couldn't find one. My wife had to call them back several times and still nothing happened, she was hung up on , she was called names and most importantly never got her money back since this time my wife has reported the poor business acts to the Texas Banking athority and the Better Business Beuro ( spelling Sucks I know) Also called the company that made the mistake and they said they would help with anything they could
