This card is at wal-mart  and a lot of other places and looks like a good card to get at Christmas time birthdays and the lot BUT IT IS NOT when you open this card and go to get the money they hid you with an ENROLMENT FEE 8.00 per 100.00 and a monthly fee that you have to pay for 6 months  and charge you to us this card to so if you put 200.00on this card the person that gets it will only get about 145.00 after everything is said-and done and hen they will be billed for the monthly fee after that and if they don't READ the small print they can get into BIG DE-AT PLEASE READ THIS CARDS SMALL...
