Virgin Mobile Review

This was a good beginner phone for my daughter to learn responsibility with. Not an every day use phone as prepaid gets very expensive, quickly!  They have great plans for beginners but don't expect to use it every day.  Also good for quick trips where you don't want roaming charges per se.

I also purchased one for my grandmother who took occasional trips.  Problem with this is she didn't use all the minutes in the alloted time and then she didn't put more time on in the 90 days and it was just a hassle and we ended up wasting lots of money!  Tried to get them to transfer the leftover minutes to my daughters phone and this was to no avail as we watched the minutes sit there and eventually just disappear in to thin air as she never used them!
