Virgin Airlines —

This past summer I was introducted to Virgin airlines for the first time. I was headed home from Kenya which in a nerve wracking two full days of traveling. My Virgin airlines flight was my last flight from Londaon to Dulles. I was already in a bad mood and just wanted to get to my seat and fall asleep. However, when I got on the plane the attendant promply and politely directed me to my seat, stowed my bags for me, and started explaining the various features of the flight. Well needless to say, I was blown away. This was not the type of attention that I am used to from other airlines. Maybe this is what they due for those privileged few that fly first class, but I'm just a lowly coach passenger. Obviously, the customer service was great.  the inflight entertainment was even better. Want to watch a movie? Other airlines give you a handful of choice virgin gives you hundreds. Want to play a game? No problem. Great airline for teens because the consoles have game systems right in them. Want to play a game with your friend that is two rows ahead of you? No problem! The game systems are compatable to any other console on the plan. They even had books on line that you could listen to. ON your way to France, want to brush up on your French? They had that to. By the time I had finished playing with all the features and gadgets (just like a kid), We were landing in Dulles. And last but not least, after dinner they passed out chocolate ice cream. NEED I SAY MORE!!!  Kudos to Virgin Airlines. I am a lifelong customer. Keep up the good work.
