Virgin Airlines —
We flew from SFO to LAX with Virgin America and we were quite impressed by the ameneties and comfortable flights. The flight took off on time as well.They made their best impression when we forgot our flight's departure time and got to the airport barely 15 mins before the take-off. The front desk staff helped us by informing their team on the gate about our arrival and while we literally ran through the security and sprinted our way to the boarding gates, the virgin america staff made sure that we could board it.
We paid the lowest fare in the US for those tickets and had received the best service we could ask for. I would gladly recommend Virgin to anyone I know, though I don't recommend forgetting your departure time.
