This condominium project located on Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed, and we've stayed in some pretty nice places. We were in a 1 bedroom condo on the 7th floor with a straight on view of the ocean and "El Arco," the famous rock formation that is Land's End. It's a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute ($7) cab ride into town. There is a restaurant on the property, but a $90 steak is not my idea of entertainment.

The room was nicely furnished and is privately owned. Many of the apartments in this complex are privately owned. You enter into a living area that combines a dining room and living room. There is a full kitchen, so you can save a ton of money by cabbing it over to Costco and stocking up on food, snacks, drinks, & water. The kirchen includes a dishwasher, disposal, and icemaker. A separate laundry room is great for washing/drying clothes, so pack lightly if you decide to stay here. There is a full bath off the living room. Through a door is the bedroom with its own bath. The bathroom is huge with double sinks, a stall shower with great water pressure and an adjustable shower head. There is also a jacuzzi tub. Sliders open from both the living room and bedroom onto a patio. The patio is furnished with recliners, chairs, a table, a bar with sink, and a gas bar-b-que.

We paid roughly $200/night for 6 nights.
