I bought four of these 22" LCD monitors. I have two of these monitors on each of my two Macintosh computers. I have them set up so that the picture is continuous. When I use Photoshop, I keep my work on one monitor and the tool palettes on the other monitor. This configuration really speeds up my work. The picture clarity and color are great. When I'm not using Photoshop. I keep my email program open on the second monitor. That's very handy. I have an EyeTV so that I can watch cable TV as a picture in a picture. Since I switched to Verizon Fiber Optics. I can stretch the TV picture to the full 22" with perfect clarity. The button controls on the front of the monitor take a little getting used to. The instructions are clear however and I don't see the buttons as a major problem since you set up your configuration only once and forget it. The narrow frame around the screen is black. I noticed in the store that monitors with a white or chrome frame around were somewhat distracting. The black frame seems to fade into the background. If you shop around, you can get some great deals on these monitors. One ViewSonic model also comes with a place to insert an iPod. I find this extra to be a gimmick and just adds another part that can go bad.
