I don't hop on a plane and head off for a party just every weekend. In fact, I don't guess I've ever done that.
Initially I sent my regrets and said that the Viewpoints Launch Party sounded like great fun and that I hoped everyone would have a great time. I would be looking forward to reading all about it back here in North Carolina.
Jolie asked if I might consider attending if they could round up a plane ticket.
Hum.
The more I thought about it, the more I wanted to go. It would take a little juggling, but there really wasn't any reason I couldn't take off for a couple of days.
