I've had this flat iron for a few years now and its still going strong for the most part. I have extremely thick hair and it works well, even for me. Its a simple yet effecient flat iron and holding together well. The only con that I could think to add is that after using it for a long period of time, I'll have to leave it alone to let it heat back up. This could just be due to how many years I've had the flat iron. The number of years I've had it alone shows a lot, though. If it can being used over and over on my thick hair for years, then I would have to give two thumbs up for this great product!...

It works to straighten your hair but be careful not to get burnt because the itme does have a tendecy to get hot.
