Vidal Sassoon Gold Series Professional Straightener Review

I've had this flat iron for a few years now and its still going strong for the most part. I have extremely thick hair and it works well, even for me. Its a simple yet effecient flat iron and holding together well. The only con that I could think to add is that after using it for a long period of time, I'll have to leave it alone to let it heat back up. This could just be due to how many years I've had the flat iron. The number of years I've had it alone shows a lot, though. If it can being used over and over on my thick hair for years, then I would have to give two thumbs up for this great product! The plastic outside the gold flat iron itself is decently heat resistant. It can get pretty warm but never too hot to put my hands on the outside. This is handy when I'm stubbornly trying to pull my hair as hard as possible using the iron. I'm glad I got this as a gift years ago and if given the choice, I would most definately buy one myself.
