This product "The Fan Tail" SUCKS!!!!! It will make you want to beat the tar out of someone! If you can even get it to attach to your hair by using the clockwise motion, you had better have a buzzer available just so you can shave your hair off after the darned thing gets entangled in it! And the pictures on the package (what a joke)....They show ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This lady needs to be executed for lying on her advertisements!!!!!!! Shes nuts!!!!

About the only thing this would be good for is melting it back down just to watch it disappear!!!!  Or just to make something new that actually works for the consumer!!!!

1. Put the hair in a high ponytail and secure it with a small elastic band.
2. Split the ponytail in two (two bunches one on top another).
3. Flip the top section over the head and just leave it there for now.
4. Twist the Fan Tail clockwise over the lower section until most of the hair is caught inside the hooks.
5. Pull the hair through the ring, twist some more to secure the Fan Tail.
6. Now let down the top section around the ring, and secure pieces of hair with the outer hooks.

I totally agree. I just purchased the fan tail and can not for the life of me figure out how to use the darn thing.

The directions are not helpful in the least bit. The one big question I have is where the heck is there idea of the top of the ponytail? In the picture where they are showing what is the top of the pony tail the lady has no pony tail hair. I have tried finding assistance on line and it seems that all of the questions are the same, where is the top of the pony tail and how in the heck are you supposed to get your hair through the darn thing? All I have found is a couple of answers where some brainiacs have repeated the terrible directions verbatim.

It is a PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
