Pros

    Good customer service, easy to find things on site, Orders shipped in timely manner, Love their sleepwear and casual clothes, Good sales, Bras fit accurately

Cons
    Sizes vary in different styles, When it shows low-cut, it really is!, Descriptions aren't always accurate

I love shopping VS online:  they have many sales, which surprised me at first, and when I get an e-mail from them advertising one I simply can't resist!  Their customer service is very good; in fact when they were moving their distribution location and they were a little late sending an order, they gave me a $25.00 off online coupon.  They are good about sending confimation and shipping e-mails, and orders are arriving at my door on time.  Addictive site to shop!
