Victoria's Secret Very Sexy 100-Way Strapless Convertible Bra Review

First of all...I am a huge Victoria's Secret fan and for the past 15 years I have purchased all of my underwear, bras and bathing suits from them.  I purchased the 100-way bra about six months ago and it broke on me last weekend!  The clear plastic in the center between the cups just snapped. 

I have never had a problem with the quality of their products in the past, but this bra quite obviously is just poor quality.  After contacting their customer service (mostly out of principle), they want a copy of the original receipt before they will attempt to resolve the issue.  You would think that the tag on the bra that says "Victoria's Secret" would be proof...but I guess not!
