I love their merchandise, even though I can often find comparable items elsewhere at a better price. My most recent shopping experience ended with me finding a "surprise" in my shopping bag when I returned home....the keys to the store!Apparently, my items were placed on the sales desk on top of the store keys, and they were scooped up with my clothes and put into my bag. I was honest enough to notify both the store manager and her supervisor. I love Victorias Secrets bras.  They are the only ones I have found that are sexy yet comfortable.  I would recommend them to anyone.  There under wear are awesome too.  You couldn't ask for better quality.  When I visit a store a sales clerk usually walks right over to you and asks if you need help.  I love this.  This is their job and they are only trying to help.  Having the correct bra size is a must.  I would reccomend their products to everyone.  And did I mention thier perfume?  It is awesome also.  It is a little pricey, but… read full review »

I used to love Victoria's Secret stores but they just aren't customer friendly anymore.  I've been in a lot of different malls the past few months and the common thread in all the VS stores is rude sales people who prefer to talk to their friends or sort underwear to helping people buy lingerie.  I've always been willing to pay for quality and thought VS was the place to shop for the best bras but no longer.  I've decided not to waste time in the stores - might still do online shopping but won't support their mall spots anymore.… read full review »

I am a bargain shopper but I love nice clothes as well. Victoria Secrets clothes are good quality but can be on the pricie side. Some of the same clothes they sale you can find at other clothing stores for less price but just as good quality. I think that trying to look good should not be so expensive.
