I love their merchandise, even though I can often find comparable items elsewhere at a better price. My most recent shopping experience ended with me finding a "surprise" in my shopping bag when I returned home....the keys to the store!Apparently, my items were placed on the sales desk on top of the store keys, and they were scooped up with my clothes and put into my bag. I was honest enough to notify both the store manager and her supervisor. Both of these individuals seemed apathetic about what had happened and expected ME to correct THEIR mistake by making the long trip back to the store to return their keys. The keys were returned, but it was at my expense & inconvenience. I haven't shopped there since this incident. I worked in the retail industry for 20+ years and would have fired any employee who handled a situation like this so poorly.
