Poor service. Horribly slow shipping!

I ordered a swim wear item to take on vacation.  I placed my order 3 weeks in advance to allow ample processing and shipping time.  When the item had not been shipped after 2 weeks, I emailed and phoned Victoria's Secrets being advised that there is nothing that can be done to more quickly expedite the processing and shipping of my order.  The service department advised that Victoria's Secrets is moving to a new warehouse.  Consequently, the item was not received before I left for my trip.  I ordered the item on 08/29/07.  The shipping label had a ship date of 09/18/07 - - it took 20 days to process and ship a 1 item order!
