Victoria's Secret Online Review

I love Victorias secret...shops and online. I am always looking in the new catalogs and online for the new styles and products.  Their clothes/shoes/etc. are trendy and classic.  They have a huge variety of clothes, shoes, bathing suits, bras, undies and more.  You can always find a coupon or coupon code to use ($ off your total, free shipping, free products with purchase, etc).  I have never made an online purchase without a coupon code to save or get something free with a purchase.  The customer service is also very good. This winter I bought a coat and it was backordered for about a month.  Once the month came---it said it was still backordered for another week and a half. I called cutomer service to cancel the order and the CSR gave me a coupon for $25 off my next purchase and also free one-day shipping on the next coat I seleted.  This isn't the only time that customer service has exceeded my expectations...just the most recent.  I have always encountered friendly, helpful reps when calling for customer service.  The only downfall is that you have to pay for return shipping if something doesnt fit or you dont like it.
