To the Point

Last year much to my surprise, my husband (hannasdad) surprised me with intimate apparel from Victoria's Secret on Valentine's Day. I loved what I got and I still love all I got.

A Closer View

He bought me several of the same bras (but different colors) and matching panties from Victoria's Secret. www.victoriassecret.com

The bras are called the Infinity Edge.

What I like:

I like that they have full coverage yet are attractive and sexy. I like that they are very lightweight so they wash and dry very quickly.

The tag says to hand wash but I machine wash them on cold and line dry them. They are almost as good as new even after a year.

I love that there are no lines, no bows and no seams so I can wear them under t-shirts. They have under wire. The under wire does not make the bras uncomfortable at all perhaps because the bras stretch a bit so they never feel tight. The straps are adjustable and though I didn't realize it until I went to the website the adjustable straps are attached to the front of the bra without seams which would make sense since there are no lines that show through.

They are made of nylon and spandex and have three sets of hooks in the back.

What I don't like:

They give very good support but not like a Bali bra which I recently bought. They are more comfortable than the Bali bra but I do think because of the stretch these bras can't possibly be super super supportive. Still they work fine for me. They run a tad big so if you or the person for whom you are buying the Victoria's Secret Infinity Edge bras wear, for example, a 36C, go with a B size - of course she can always exchange them. Even if she has to exchange them buying anything that says Victoria's Secret is really great because it means you had to

1. Look to see her size.
2. Go into a store or to a website and spend some time thinking of colors and styles.

At the site these are on sale for a couple of days for $25.00. I guess that might be a con for those of us who are used to spending $8.99 on a bra. I don't go the cheap route anymore. I spend more money and get what I pay for. It really does make a difference.

Along with the bras I got panties. I got bikinis and high cut briefs. My particular print is not on the website and may not be available anymore but note that it's red and white!

What I like:

These are made of cotton and are very, very comfortable.

These can be machine washed and I dry them on low.

They come in a lot of colors and prints and have the Victoria's Secret logo on the band which you can also see in my pictures.

What I don't like

For those tight jeans I am now buying Barely There panties because you can not see a panty line; however, there are clothes she may wear (a dress, for example, or loose pants) that don't require no panty line. So go for it because she will love them.

The cost is in the $8.00 range however these too are currently on sale at the website for $4.00.

Jo's Viewpoint

I love it!

Sigh...yes, I'll fix it and I made a mistake in the title. I got a call that my mom is in the hospital. She fell and broke here nose and fractured her knee. She's almost 78. Heading down to FL on Thursday so I'm a little frazzled and my eyes are burning! Jo

I assume that's dot com. :) If the bras run small shouldn't you get a larger size?
