It is such a simple product that doesn't require a detailed instructions, just a simple rub on the chest or under the nose. My 14 yr old daughter just loves the smell and sometimes just puts it on just for the smell of it! I am not afraid of overdosing or the products date expired, it just doesn't happen. Safe for all ages.
