You have a busy work week going on, and you have just gone through a rough day. Tomorrow is the big presentation, and you know that you need your rest in order to make it through the following day. The only problem, is that when you get home, you start feeling less than perfect, and you feel the twinges of a cold coming on. You start having a troubling cough, and it is beginning to really annoy you. Luckily though, you have Vicks NyQuil Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu Relief in your medicine cabinet so you already know you have nothing to worry about. Such is the case often for people, and those who have tried the product know exactly what I am talking about here. You need something that is going to quell your symptoms, and allow you the sleep you need to recover.

The Vicks NyQuil Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu Relief is intended to give you that good nights sleep, despite what symptoms you may be suffering from. Vicks Nyquil is billed as the nighttime, sniffling, sneezing, sore throat, coughing, aching, stuffy head, fever, sleep better to feel better medicine. This long slogan accompanies all of their products in commercials and print advertising. It sums up all of the symptoms that Vicks can deal with, and I have found that it does the job and more when you are trying to get some of that extra rest. When I am feeling under the weather at night, and I know above anything else, that I MUST get a good night's sleep, Vicks is one of the answers I turn to. It works well at taking advantage of my body being tired, and at times can help me fall right to sleep by helping symptoms subside within me.

Now some people have a problem with the taste of medicines, and this one is no different. It has to be consumed through the mouth, so it is going to interact directly with your tongue whether you like it or not. For me, this is not much of a problem, because I don't mind the taste of it at all. For my own personal preference, I have gone with the cherry flavored Vicks, and it is something that I always turn to when I need the help at night. The Vicks NyQuil Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu Relief comes in a 10 ounce bottle for around $5.99 at nearly every drug store, and it is easy to spot on the shelf. In large bold writing on the front they all say "Vicks Nyquil", and it just comes down to which type or flavor you end up going with.

When taking Vicks, it works pretty quickly, and it has been most helpful to me when I am suffering from something causing me to cough at night. By taking a cup full of the Vicks, I am able to coat my throat, and what this does is remove the itch from the back of my throat, and in turn removes the coughing for a little while. Usually the product will last me through the night, and it is something that helps me sleep through, without having to worry about waking myself up by coughing too hard or too often in my sleep. It is easy on my stomach as well, so I don't have to worry about my tummy getting upset at night, and it works just as well for me if I have eaten before use, or even if I haven't. I have always had great success with the Vicks NyQuil Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu Relief, Cherry Flavor Liquid and thus I highly recommend it as something that could benefit anyone who has trouble getting to sleep with a bad cough.
