I originally bought it for my 4 year old son,who snores,and has bad allergies. It helps me because I am taking chemo meds, and have a dry mouth. It helps us both! I love it, and have recommended to my cousin, who bought one for her sick infant son. Don't put it on a wooden surface though. My husband found out the hard way, and it warped the old table
